Una volta individuata la cottura preferita del tipo di pasta acquistata, lo strumento risulterà molto preciso e ripetitivo dando la possibilità di mangiare un buon piatto di pasta sempre alla stesso modo che preferite. Mettere a bollire l’acqua in una pentola e preparate il quantitativo di pasta da cuocere. Prendere il Cuocimatic e procedere come segue:

To turn-on: press ON/OFF SELECT for 2 seconds until the beep sounds. Once in operation, the lights on the light panel will flash consecutively for 10 sec.

Raise the rod within 10 seconds, which will also raise the piston. After first use, the lights will terminate at the last stage of cooking selected.

Insert pasta sample between the piston and base. The sample should always be inserted with the arc facing upwards (to avoid beaking).

Select stage of readiness desired pressing ON/OFF SELECT once.

For spaghetti or linguini: add to boiling water and stir to avoid sticking.

This feature gives one the option to interrupt cooking in order to finish in a pan, or to drain individual portions at different times. Once the desired stage of cooked pasta is reached, an acoustic signal and flashing light will activate for 20 seconds, after which the signal will be reduced to 3 beeps every 5 seconds until it automatically shuts off after 20 minutes if not turned-off by pressing ON/OFF SELECT within that time Turn-off pressing ON/OFF SLECT once. Unhook Cuocimaticâ from the pot, drain pasta and season. To interrupt any function press ON/OFF SELECT for 2 seconds.

IMPORTANT N.B: during the cooking process, you can change the level of readiness at any time by pressing ON/OFF SELCT. If Cuocuimatic® shuts-off or is interupted, repeat from start.
