Cuocimatic Professional LabŪ uses the same principles as that of CuocimaticŪ for personal use and is essential in pasta quality control for all producers of pasta.
Recently Cuocimatic Professional LabŪ has been used by the world's largest producer of pasta: Barilla.
It is built using INOX stainless steel. The upper body is made using PVC and assembled with a sophisticated electronic device which carries out multiple functions:
- Reads temperature of water.
- Timer which memorises cooking time as well as memorising data for specific pasta types.
- Reads rate of readiness to the hundreth of a millimetre of pasta depth during the cooking process.
- Possible to store data at settings from 1 second to 5 minutes, using second by second increments.
- Able to store up to 4000 units of data.
- Adaptable to any PC and software: Excel or any personalised program.
- Possible to set the parameters of pasta readiness with connection to a PC.
- Rechargeable batteries with an independent use of 120 hours in continuation.
- Visual crystal liquid display.
